Sunday performance for the public
Sála BDŽ - 196 seats
Original play by Slovak author Iveta Horváthová in a theatrically layered production by Marián Peck, with impressive puppets by artist Laura Černáková. The story of two siblings Juraj and Júlia about their big dream of going to a real forest to meet a bear. Except, he's not a bear like a bear. We can all imagine him differently. Because... a bear. Because theater. Miracles happen in the theater and the exciting forest expedition turns into a fairy tale about a good-natured teddy bear who is too good, loves sweets and lives in a fairy-tale forest full of bizarre animals. It is a story about knowledge, sensitive perception, but also about the fact that even the smallest of us can make the world better and more beautiful.
