LÉČIVÝ KRUH PRO ŽENY se Sandrou

The healing circle for women with Colombian shaman Sandra

Theme:
*** My first menstruation ***

In the fourth circle of word we will focus on our first menstruation.

Reinforcement as a woman, accepting everything that means, revealing our inner strength is also related to the acceptance of our nature, cyclical, variable and crazy, and this has a lot in common in the way we walk through our menstrual cycles, the way we relate to our first menstruation. The taboo that revolves around her, and lack of awareness and solidarity that has been created among women with regard to our nature, our menstruation is the cleanest blood from which human life is created, is the materialization of race, and when we begin to honor it into our everyday life. We will work on the following questions:

- Have there ever been talk about menstruation at home or in your area?
- What was your first menstruation?
- How do you deal with your menstrual cycles today?
- Do you know how your blood affects your emotional states?
- If you don't have menstruation, how did you deal with it? And what advice would you give to those who still have it?
