About event
January stop and tune-up
Before you start making concrete plans for the new year, come stop and tune in to what's current now. Even nature waits in January. And even though its buds have been planted for a long time, it is waiting for the right time to create. Let's learn to let ourselves be drawn to what can support and nourish us into the next year.
I invite you to a full-day program with elements of eco art therapy. Our common intention will be to tune into the here and now, to stop and look at what lies beneath the surface waiting for its right time. Let's look together for real stories to tell and, above all, to live authentically. Those that resonate with our true essence.
The program is for a maximum of six people, in a safe and respectful environment with a lot of space for sharing and creation.
Part of the art therapy program will take place inside and part will be outside.
Full price is NOK 1,850, reduced price is NOK 1,500 (for individuals/families with a limited budget)
More information in the application form (https://forms.gle/eE89FQUiZcDWSmx58).
Looking forward on what we discover together.
