About event
Hello, I would like to invite you to another Leglockday - Updates after a break of almost six months. I would like to take this opportunity to share the new details that have proven the most for me over the past year.
The first block will be focused on updating knowledge about the basic leglock system, which leads to direct leverage on the ankle - inputs, control, finish.
In the second block, we will focus on everything that fits into the wider leglock system - inputs to cross ashi and inside ashi, the mechanics of heelhooks, counterleglocks.
Times of individual training blocks:
10:15-12:15
15:15-17:15
Price
700 CZK
500 CZK for SWAG members.
The capacity of the seminar is limited to 20 places.
Please register by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/huKZWoSrtkKyDq9R6
Send the payment to account 2601494842/2010 and please write your first name, last name and Leglockday 7.
