Lessons start every Wednesday from 1 July 2026, and will take place regularly every week until the beginning of September.

Lessons are intended for beginners and intermediate. At the beginning, there will always be a short warm-up, and then we will train various acroyoga positions and transitions. It's a good idea to have an exercise mat with you.
In case of a bad forecast, we will move inside (hall in Vinohrady near Nám. Míru) - current info on the website + our FB and IG stories.
At Letné you will probably come across other exercisers and acro groups, so take a good look at the map. Alternatively, feel free to call if you are looking, tel. 723 705 145 (Marek). // We have moved the location a little compared to last year due to ongoing building modifications.
The price of the lesson is 250 CZK/person. Payment in cash or via QR code.
You don't have to register for the lessons in advance, you just have to arrive :)
Lessons will usually be led by Marek and Gabča Petráček.
