Lekce s Jane – performativní fitness divadlo

Performative fitness lessons that move the body and questions that we often do not want to know. Snap, strain. To overthrow capitalism and establish world peace - for example from the living room of a luxury villa. In this unconventional movement lesson, the participants will exercise, relax together and slow down enough to think about a world in the middle of their own body that seems to be increasingly difficult. How seriously do people take the opinions of those who have power and public attention when they talk about what needs to be done to save the planet? What does Jane Fonda say? And what does Lucie say - an unknown fitness lecturer, a freelance performer? Her voice has a different weight? Less? Larger? Or just another rhythm? We ask the participation to bring/bring comfortable clothes for exercise and drink. Maybe also bring your own yogamat. The meeting is designed for a performance spectator and is a safe space for anyone who wants to share their experiences, thoughts and impressions that the apprentices experienced during the show or that arise in their minds.
