CERTIFIED LECTURER COURSE OF HORMONAL YOGA FOR WOMEN WITH DINAH RODRIGUES AND ADELA BAVLŠIKOVA IN CZECH LANGUAGE.
COMBINED STUDY CONTENT:
✅ YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO THE LECTURER MEMBER SECTION WHERE YOU CAN FIND:
TEACHING VIDEOS OF THE WHOLE SET HORMONAL YOGA THERAPY, ANTI-STRESS EXERCISES AND VIDEOS WITH ADAPTATIONS, STUDY MATERIALS, COMPILATION SCRIPT, TEST (theoretical test that will evaluate your knowledge in the field of physiology, hormonal system and yoga theory, the test will be available for download in the members section). You will receive detailed study material for the test. You will prepare the test separately and then send it by email.)
This part must be completed at least 1 month before the face-to-face meeting. This is self-study.
✅ TWO DAY PRESENCE MEETING:
DATE: 5/9-6/9/2026 (Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 9:00-13:00)
VENUE: PRAGUE (STUDIO PRO, Polská 6, Prague 2)
At this joint meeting we will go through the entire set of Hormonal Yoga Therapy for Women according to Dinah Rodrigues, anti-stress exercises and calming breathing techniques. Next, we will go through adaptation exercises. We will focus on ethical rules, access to female students, contraindications. There will be no rehearsals at this meeting. This is a teaching part.
✅ POSSIBILITY OF INDIVIDUAL ON-LINE CONSULTATION
✅ FINAL EXAMINATION - DIDACTIC TEST (It will take place online, detailed instructions can be found in the member's section after signing up for the lecturer's course.)
Teaching and complete preparation for the final exam is led by Adéla Bavlšíková.
The final exams are evaluated by the author of Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Dinah Rodrigues.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE LECTURER'S COURSE UNTIL 8/5/2026 AT THE LATEREST DUE TO THE NECESSITY OF SELF-STUDY BEFORE THE PREPARATORY MEETING OR UNTIL COURSE CAPACITY IS FULL.
Only the condition for admission to the instructor's course is confirmation of completion of a classical yoga course of at least 200 hours.
exception: confirmation of completion of the course "yoga teacher 2nd trainer class" of at least 150 hours plus another certified course in the field of yoga of at least 50 hours
