Lenz and Markus live and breathe for Grüner. When they decided to start this exciting new project (New Chapter), they aimed to improve this Austrian treasure to make it even more fragile for an international wine lover. And in order to concentrate on their goal 100 %, they decided to go into it with one wine, New Chapter. Super concentration is therefore an absolute strategy to ensure that everything the two winemakers have in them will come out of this new wine. And this also applies to New Chapter. Therefore, both men worked hard to create wine that will inspire and surprise international wine lovers.
Of course we will taste, talk and prepare something under the tooth.
