The THFxHistory event series at Tempelhof Airport is entering the next round. On November 5th Dr. Christoph Kreutzmüller and Dr. Bjoern Weigel from her new book “Berlin under National Socialism. Outline of a City History”.

After only twelve years of National Socialist rule, the capital of Germany is no longer recognizable. The authors Christoph Kreutzmüller and Bjoern Weigel see their new book “Berlin under National Socialism” as a summary story. At the same time, it is an everyday story that looks at many areas of Berlin city life and can impressively show what was destroyed by National Socialist politics in Berlin.
Both authors look into the bars, on the streets and even into the bedrooms of Berliners during the Nazi era and reveal how deeply the regime and its ideology influenced people's lives.
