Lesung „ Te-Holge – mein Steinbock, lass uns an ferne Orte reisen!“

Ludmila Oyun is a hereditary shaman from the traditional country of Tuva in Siberia. Grit Xoo Einsiedel is a psychotherapist from the “Green Heart of Germany”. One solves blockages and curses, the other solves complex trauma consequences. One comes from a spiritual, nomadic culture, the other from an atheistic, sedentary one. This is how these women meet in 2018, follow the call of the spirits and get to know each other and their respective cultures. They begin to write a book together that will form a bridge between the two cultures and into the heart of shamanism. Shamanism in Germany seems to be buried in fairy tales, in places and in the bones of the 9,000-year-old shaman of Bad Dürrenberg. Shamanism in Tuva is alive, strong, original and is passed on from generation to generation. The centerpiece is the drum, which only a recognized shaman is allowed to carry. This is also the focus of the book, which also provides a lot of information about both shamanic traditions and both paths of life. Let us take you on a journey to a distant place and back to your own culture!
