Lesung "Weiterschreiben"

To continue writing – that is what writers who have fled to Germany from war and persecution want. Continuing to write gives them the opportunity to pursue their profession, publishes their texts and networks them in the local literary world. This way we can hear and read their voices instead of just talking about them. Weiter Writing has been working with more than 40 exiled writers since 2017.

Nicol Ljubić and Dagmar Deuring, artistic director and editor at Weiter Writing, present the project, read from literary texts and letters from authors, etc. from Afghanistan, Iran and Syria and look forward to talking to the audience, including at the end with a snack and drink.
