We invite you on the basis of the principles of craniosacral biodynamics leading through the gate of a lifted breath, intuitive movement and vibration of sound to meet yourself. An important aspect for a fulfilled life is to express our full potential, with which we come into contact with each other (s). In this environment, constant change and transformation we flow through life in joy and lightness. On the way to the center of the personal universe, Roman will guide us and we dive into the world of sounds (soundhealing) with Monika.
