We invite you on the basis of the principles of craniosacral biodynamics leading through the gate of a lifted breath, intuitive movement and vibration of sound to meet yourself. On the way to the center of the personal universe, Roman will take us into the world of sounds (soundhealing) with Monika.
What happens during the event (U)? In a safe environment, we recognize new opportunities for responding to different situations in life. The essence is to regulate the nervous system with an emphasis on the role of a wandering nerve (polyvagal theory), the benefit of which is:
- relief of tension and stress
- mental detox
- Improving creativity
- induction of deep relaxation
