🏞️ Let's go hiking with QueerHike: Rax

Dear hiking group,

our MeetUp group will join once again QueerHike (https://aufschlag.org/wandern) for a hiking tour.
Our October hiking tour will take us **from Prein an der Rax to Payerbach.**

**Meeting point:**
10:32 Prein an der Rax, Ortsmitte

For hikers arriving from Vienna via public transport I do recommend the following train and bus connection departing from Wien Meidling Bhf:
09:02 Meidling Bhf, Platform 1, CJX9 in direction Payerbach Station
10:05 Payerbach-Reichenau
10:15 Payerbach-Reichenaum Bus 342 in direction Preiner Gscheid Passhöhe
10:32 Prein an der Rax Ortsmitte

Feel free joining us at the platform in Wien Meidling Bahnhof. We will board the last carriage of the train.
**How to find us:** Watch out for a bunch of queer hikers either at the platform, in the last carriage of the train or directly in Prein an der Rax, busstop "Ortsmitte".

The about five hours 12km tour will end in Payerbach, from where frequent trains will bring us back to Vienna.
We will take a break either at the middle of the tour "Speckbacherhütte" or at the end, may be both - depending on mood, energy of the group and weather conditions.

Please take everything you need for a 5-hour hike.
Good hiking boots with a non-slip sole and that reach over the ankle are certainly recommended. But also hiking sticks, enough water and provisions.
