About event
Croatian writer Olja Savičević in her novel Summer with Mary captures the stories of women of five generations of one family against the background of turbulent events of the 20th century. The main characters of the books are experiencing summers on the Croatian coast, starting in 1921. Stories from the seaside town near Split are told by women who are traditionally called Mary, but in various variations of this name: Mara, Marijola, Maša, Meri, Marijeta. The book was published in the Slovak translation in the publishing house E.J. Publishing. Moderates Ivana Zacharová. Interprets Veronika Goldiňáková. href = "https://www.ticketlive.sk/sk/event/tranz-banska-bystrica-1-3-05-2025"> https://www.ticketlive.sk/sk/event/tranz-banska-bystrica-1-3-05-2025
