Discussions and lectures
About event
This time, Adam Jandora and Michal Orlita will take a break from the microphone, because we invited a special guest! He will be Milan Rajnoch, an active helicopter pilot of the Air Rescue Service, who also served on police and army helicopters in the past. The lecture will start at 17:00.
WHAT IS AN AVIATION MEETUP?
There is a large aviation community in Brno and its surroundings. Not only professional pilots, but also other motorized, non-motorized, balloonists, paragliders, mechanics, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, constructors, skydivers and others. They work in local companies, join together in many local flight schools or aero clubs, fly at South Moravian airports, or fly on their own. At the same time, I realized that there was a lack of a common regular platform, forum or simply a space for these enthusiasts to meet together, which would simply connect all these communities and individuals together.
INVITE ALL AIRMEN!
< br/>And that is why, on behalf of AirGuru.cz, I would like to invite you to the third Brno Aviation Meetup, i.e. a meeting that will take place on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 3 until 8 p.m. in the large hall of the Skála Community Center (Oblá 54a, Brno-Nový Lískovec). You can park in the adjacent parking lots on Oblá Street. In front of the center is the Oblá public transport stop (trolley buses 26, 37 and bus 50).
MEETINGS, DISCUSSIONS AND LECTURES
The aim of the event is regular meetings, introductions, discussions and talks. In short, we want to connect aviation communities. Flyers of all kinds are invited. Refreshments are available, the hall is connected to the Coffee Trail Garden cafe. For variety, you can also look forward to a short interesting lecture on aviation.
RESERVE YOUR PLACE
This is not a commercial event, entry is of course free. We understand it more as an informal meeting with friends. For organizational reasons, we ask you to make a reservation so that everyone can fit. Alternatively, to provide a larger space.

WANT TO SUPPORT THE AVIATION MEETUP?
We do not want to turn the event into a commercial promotional event. However, renting the space will cost us a few thousand. That is why we are looking for patrons who would like to financially support this initiative. In exchange for sponsorship, we offer the possibility of placing a banner or roll-up in the meeting space, and above all, a good feeling. It doesn't matter whether you are an individual or a company, whether you want to donate a hundred crowns or a thousand. In this way, we could arrange for future repetitions of the meeting, which, if the first one is successful, we plan several times a year.
If you are interested in donating to cover the costs of the event, you can write to [email protected]. Thank you.
