The summer school of the Gemcraft ceramics in the newly open house of the Gemer Craft in Štítnik will take place during the month of August and will include 3 on the following activities:
Creating from clay to a circle and hands under the guidance of experienced lecturers from the younger generation of ceramics from the family of Johanides and Ceramist Zora Šmelková. to 8.8.2025 every day from 8:30 to 15:00.
After a few daily drying and firing in the furnace, without course participants, a 4 -day window for painting and glazing ceramics will be open from 14.8. to 17.8.2025. Throughout the day, lecturers will be available in the workshop, who will be scorched with the participants at any time of day (from 9:00 pm to 18:00h) with painting and glaze products. They are left again in the workshop for further burning.
21.8. At 16:00 there will be a joint exhibition of products at which participants will show their works to the world, receive a certificate of completion of the course and a small gift. We all spend a pleasant evening with a refreshment, which will end the historically first course of the Thyroid Ceramics 😊.
The price for the complete stage of the course is 140 euros.
The maximum number of participants is 16 children.
