🧘♀During July, every Thursday before work we will practice yoga with elements of pilates, balance and stretching with Vlad Šuchter. We will exercise on the grassy area on the running track in the Leisure Center on Malokarpatské námestí. In case of morning rain, the exercise will be moved to the foyer of the Cultural Center.
From 7:30 to 8:30.
