About event
In the meditation practice, in addition to a regular daily exercise, it is recommended to participate several times a year for several days (or several week) more intense program.
Our main gym in different groups is more or less on this or that aspect.
The aim of intensive extended weekends is their integration. "Athletes" learn a little of the traditional styles (for solo exercises and development of movement mechanics), and "traditional" then some of the sports struggle (which can be practiced fullkontal). The program of both groups then put into the context of modern self-defense.
Morning program
- Basics Drily from Tit Bei Kyun for MMA and street self-defense
- Clinch for MMA and street self-defense
- defense against the knife
- KGB Challenge
- schedule: Friday- Sunday, 25.-27. July, Prague; Morning training 9-12; Afternoon training 14-17. For commuting or outside Prague, it will be possible to sleep in the gym!
- price: 2500,- CZK. Out of Prague's account. Like a restart for all pupils "on the bench" who would like to jump back into regular training and lessons.
