Summer yoga in the backyard 🧘♀️🌿
Start the summer morning with movement and peace before our institute wakes up to life. Come to exercise in the backyard and treat yourself to a pleasant morning restart. Dynamic vinyasa, breathing exercises, meditation and final relaxation in shavasana await you. A complete morning reboot for summer adventure. Suitable for beginners and advanced.
Meeting: at 8:50 in front of the main entrance. The building will still be locked, the lecturer will let you in.
Entrance fee: 180 CZK (payment in cash).
