About event
We will end Children's Day 2026 with a summer cinema.
You can look forward to the film Birthday Wishes: Christenings
In the house of Líba (Eva Holubová) and Arnošta (Jaroslav Dušek), the preparations for the christening are at their peak, which are to take place exactly according to Líbin's detailed plan - including the choice of the child's name. However, nothing goes as expected: daughter-in-law Simona (Simona Babčáková) secretly chooses a different name, Arnošt becomes involved in a "detective" search for lost keys and a suspected theft, while Karel (Matěj Hádek) and his friend Richard (Jaroslav Plesl) solve a misunderstanding in the goldsmith's shop. Chaos is compounded by the confused saleswoman Vlastička (Anna Polívková), who has lost her memory. As the baptism day approaches, secrets surface, identities are clarified, and family relationships are put to the test. (Bioscop)
The summer cinema area does not offer seating (seats), visitors must bring their own.
Folding chairs can be rented on site (a limited number are available).
In case of bad weather (rain, strong wind), the summer cinema is cancelled.
Information about the cancellation of the screening will be provided in the program and on FB.
Entry: Free
