About event
You watch some films out of nostalgia.
And some because you don't believe they were actually made.
Trhák is a musical that was made in 1980 by director Zdeněk Podskalský based on a script by Zdeněk Svěrák and Ladislav Smoljak.
Which sounds like a completely normal sentence.
Until you see the film.
It was originally supposed to be a serious drama from contemporary village. Then singers, dancers, a pyrotechnician, several musical numbers joined the story and things got a little out of control.
Actually completely.
Hana Zagorová. Jiří Korn. Josef Abrhám.
And one of the loveliest movie chaos that Czech cinematography has ever produced.
🍔 On site:
burgers, Greek specialties, Indian street food, pancakes, frozen margaritas, drinks and beer.
📍 Food Truck Point, Holešovická tržnice
📅 7/30
🕘 Screening from 9:00 p.m.
🎟️ Entry free
🎬 Czech version
