From Monday to Thursday always from 17:30 to 18:30, lecturer: Marie Hlátíková We will go ascending from the coccyx segment to the cervical. In practice, we will go through movements that build a happy spine. We will focus on spinal exercises of rotary, relaxation of deep muscle structures, strengthening muscle corset and others.
