About event
Summer cinema Troja in Trojské pivovar presents:
Summer school, 2001
Summer 2001. Seventeen-year-old Kien with bright red hair returns to his family in the market in Cheb after ten years in Vietnam. Instead of a warm welcome, he is met by an estranged father, a worried mother and a younger brother who gives him nothing. Between ironing Pokemon on T-shirts, practicing Czech and dating by the lake, a secret comes to the surface, the revelation of which will turn the life of the market upside down... Told with lightness and wit, the film by director Dužan Duong brings an authentic view of the community through the eyes of the first Vietnamese generation who grew up in the Czech Republic.
Language: Czech
Drama
Not suitable for minors under the age of 12
Summer cinema Troja offers film evenings during the summer in the premises of the Troja brewery. You can find the entire program of the cinema at www.letnipodcastovascena.cz
