About event
What happens when Tangos wears velvet and Bulería wraps herself in silk? This is exactly what we will explore at the Flamenco Summer School with Marta Aramburu (🇪🇸).
📅 From 13 to 15. July (+ optional opposite on July 20-22)
📍 in Flamenkeria at Veletržní 61, Prague 7
✨ What awaits you at the summer school? - Two choreographies and one technique.
• Tientos | When Tangos changes into velvet.
Tientos shares a rhythmic foundation with Tangos, but its mood is completely different. The movement will slow down, become heavier and gain depth. It's like wearing velvet - a fabric that attracts attention not with its shine, but with its weight and nobility.
The course is suitable for beginners with knowledge and intermediates.

• Bulería lírica | When Bulerías change into silk.
Bulería is synonymous with wild parties and fun, but there is also a lyrical position that has an incredible charm.
Don't expect a fiesta, playful and cheeky bulería this time. Unlike the traditional "flawed" dance, our dance will turn inward.
This choreography will be like a poem in motion.
The course is suitable for intermediate students.
________________________________________
• Technique (multi level)
It will be focused on the coordination of the upper and lower parts of the body, the left and right hemispheres and on connecting the whole person into one dancing being.
We will go in 12 time rhythm and we will hone the basic "default setting", which is current for each advanced level.
