Weekly psychotherapeutic program designed for people who want to better understand themselves, their relationships and life situations. We work in a group that provides support, space for sharing and the possibility to look for their own behavior patterns. Therapists Mgr. Eva Petráková and Mgr. Lukáš Králíček. We offer a structured and safe framework for open and intensive work. Time
Space for training relaxation and techniques with emotions
For whom the day care center is suitable:
for adults who go through a difficult period, experience anxiety, stress, uncertainty or seek meaning and balance. Suitable for those who want to deepen their therapeutic experience and actively care for their mental health. Relaxation block (imagination, autogenic training etc.)
