Come dance and immerse in meditation by moving. Let's relax, shake frustration, silence the mind, get home and experience lightness and unity.
We dance barefoot and freely. 5ths® is a guide and a teacher.
You only need yourself, free movement clothes, water in a closed bottle. The dance hall is from the wooden extension on the left part of the building.

about meetings "Sweat" The word "Sweat" (pot) comes from the book Break your prayers from Gabrielle Roth, the founder of 5raths.
These meetings are not accompanied by the voice of the lecturer. The main form of communication are compositions composed into a musical -rich wave offering inspiration to move through all 5 rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyric and peace. For the beginning, there is an opportunity to discover movement and creative maps of 5 -aids. For those who have already visited one of the weekend workshops, there is room for their own experimentation with the experience. 5 -aids are philosophy, opinion, performative art and dynamic movement practice, which is rooted on the principle that if we put psyche in motion, it will cure itself. Movement is both medicine and metaphor, goes through all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art aware and awareness of activities.
