Get your balance on the paddleboard and your strength on the burpees - Summer Penguin is coming and we're really looking forward to seeing you! 🐧💜
🤔 What is it all about?
The Summer Penguin challenge is not about records, but about the joy of movement and helping others. Everyone can take part - even those who confuse burpees with bubbles 😄
What awaits you?
🌊 You jump on a paddleboard, swim about 50 meters across the Vltava
🏋️♂️ You do 3 burpees at the buoy
🏃 Then back to the shore, run a few meters and... 5 more burpees on dry land
💥 Fun for participants and spectators guaranteed!
