Folklore aerobics courses for beginners
take place once a week, together you take 8 hours (8 x 60 min.) For 2 months. In addition to building fitness, you will also learn 3 simple choreography inspired by steps from the Podolian, Eastern or Myjava Dance areas. We interconnect with legs accompanied by beautiful music. You will refrain from the dance memory and at the end of each hour we are filled with and then stretch out the muscles. Can you come for an hour for a holiday or illness? Never mind you can replace it online with our special video, or in another course! All you need to do is bring you only yourself in your shirt, leggings, comfortable shoes with a towel, water and a smile on your face.
