Hyb is also in summer! Join us and experience an hour full of healthy and fun (for children aged 5-10 years)
We will not devote ourselves to one particular sport, but we will develop strength, flexibility, speed, explosiveness, dexterity, endurance, or technique or balance. We will learn to stand properly and walk, lift and wear heavier loads, hang, pump and jump, but we will not do some elements of yoga and stretching, even if we will call them differently. We get the foundations for all kinds of sports or movement. We will exchange mobiles and computers for running, jumps, animal movements, somerstanding, handstands, climbing, hanging, clicks, squats, stretching, wearing… just sweat, fatigue and good mood! And maybe then small movers will teach something to their parents?
