We work on technology, but we do not forget the inner experience and meaningful connection of breath, body and mind. The course also includes discussions about yoga principles (pits, incense) and practical tips for healthier and calmer life. He is led by an experienced and empathetic lecturer Andrea Trsová, who will support you, whether your goal is a deeper practice or just a regular movement with an overlap.
