Dear friends of Diversity Pro,
We are pleased to announce that we have prepared the LGBTI+ Business Forum 2025 for you again this year. It will take place on November 12, 2025 in the morning in Bratislava and its main topic will be Hearts and Minds: How to keep DEI initiatives moving. We have prepared a diverse program full of interesting speakers for you.
Main points of the program:
• Hearts: Inspiring speakers will give us their views on how and why to keep DEI initiatives moving despite political pressure and about their value for companies.
• Minds: A block focused on a key topic – how companies can support the mental health of their (not only) LGBTI+ employees.
• Panel: Panel discussion between employees and managers on the topic of Expectations of LGBTI+ people from employers.
• Networking: We will end the event with a space for informal discussions and establishing contacts over a light lunch.
The partners of the event are the Representation of the European Commission in Slovakia, Lenovo, the European Investment Bank in Slovakia and the Office of the European Parliament in Slovakia.
