Liberation, Love & Pleasure Tantra Immersion

A weekend dedicated to the revelation of the Self through tantric teachings

Tantra is a path of energy towards liberation and spiritual enlightenment. It's a juicy but deep path, a path for the revelation of the Self for the benefit of all sentient beings .

This two-day tantra workshop (Sat 30.11 & Sun 1.12.) is for people of all genders and gender identities, as well as sexual orientation and includes an introduction to authentic tantra, aspects of tantric sexuality and relationships. Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. & < strong>Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The workshop can be attended individually or as a couple and takes place in Prana Yoga on Mariahilferstrasse in Vienna.

There are No previous knowledge necessary, but Tantra requires a willingness to look deep within yourself, to treat yourself and others lovingly and respectfully.

There will be no sexual interaction, nudity or non-consensual touching.

Day 1: Through Pleasure to the Divine

• What is Tantra?
• The 3 pillars of Tantra (Consecration, Sublimation, Transfiguration)
• Polarity
• The chakras and sexuality
• Aspects of tantric Sexuality
• Music meditations & Hatha yoga exercises for the sublimation of sexual energy

Day 2: Tantra is Love

• From romantic love to universal love
• Reflection on relationships and self-love
• Tantric Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Energy Activation
• Transfiguration

Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (approx. 1.5 hour lunch break) & Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (approx. 1.5 hour lunch break) Lunch meal not included , there are many eating options nearby.

The weekend will be taught primarily in German, bilingually Switching to English is possible. Weekend will be held in German, English is possible.

Sophie is a Tantra & Yoga teacher (RYT 700h). She completed her training at AUM Tantra Yoga and is a student herself and part of the Hridaya Yoga Sangha. In addition to Kashmiri Shaivism, the path of the Mahavidyas (Ten cosmic wisdosm) is of great importance to Sophie.

Sophie also works as a Psychosexual Somatics Coach, life and social counselor and sex education teacher in many Viennese schools.< /p>
