About event
The twentieth century combined many opposites - it was a period of spectacular success and the collapse of the world, as we have known it since the end of the 18th century. In 2025, the Jiří Mahen Library in Brno is devoted to ten lectures that will guide you through this period full of wars, ideological, social and economic changes and technical progress.
