Last year you came to be scared at Kamenka, this year come to Music Lab! Lichočar comes again with an intimate celebration of Samhain, All Souls' Day, Dziad, holidays that are thoroughly Lichočar.
This time we will christen (or rather promote?) a new "epic" centered on Lichočar's Three Mothers and throw in a physical (re)release of our eponymous debut album. At the event, we will also premiere a new video clip from the workshop of photographer and artist Lenka Trčková, and you can also look forward to guests: David Zim, who will play the niner, and mysterious dancers from the group Isilnar & Co.

Lichočar is a young witchfolk band from Brno. He looks for inspiration in old stories and folklore of different countries, but creates his own original music through group improvisations. He combines the acoustic guitar, cello and mandolin with instruments that are not common in these parts, most often the Irish bodhran, shruti box or perhaps the brumla. Polyphonic female singing in different languages or dialects is also typical for Lichočar.

Last Samhain, you came to Duck Bar in Stone Colony; this year, come to Music Lab! Lichočar is here again with a small celebration of Samhain or Dziady, holidays that are all very Lichočar-ish.
This time, we'll be christening (or paganing?) an upcoming EP focused on Lichočar's Three Mothers, and on on top of that, we'll reveal the physical release of our eponymous debut album, which is yet to come. Also, we will premiere a new music video by the photographer and artist Lenka Trčková, and some special guests will join us for the evening: David Zima with his hurdy-gurdy, and the dancers from Isilnar & Co. group. Come and join us for our Samhain celebration as well!
