A mixture of workshop and dance evening, where you can be, how you are.
How would it feel if we come together, look into our eyes, meet and touch us without being afraid that we don't want? We are there with everything in us: wild, gentle, cheeky, curious, reserved, playful! And we show ourselves!
There are two agreements for the evening:
1. We are honest with each other, i.e. we follow our impulses and show our limits! With the traffic light code you can always say in a short word what you want and get clear messages from your counterpart:
Green: You are happy to do what you do! You can also intensify it!
Gelb: What you do is okay, but please do not intensify it! Rather do something
slower or pause!
red: stop with what you are doing and go out of the
touch for a moment! Then we can start the encounter!
2. None of what we do that evening has binding consequences for the future, i.e. when we dance together, that does not mean that we kiss. And if we kiss, it does not mean that we exchange phone numbers or go home or get home or get married or get children - it only means that we both want to kiss - nothing else!
So we can let go of greed and fear and immerse themselves in the here and now! Every person in this room is a gift for the others - as she or he is - in all craziness, playfulness and uniqueness! We celebrate you and everyone else, the earth and the connection among all of us!
