in search of freedom and connection
with Silvana Del Rosso and this time Anir Leben
A mixture of WORKSHOP and DANCE EVENING where you can be who you are.
How would it feel if we came together, looked each other in the eyes, met and touched each other, without being afraid that something would happen that we didn't want? We are there with everything that is in us: wild, gentle, cheeky, curious, reserved, playful! And with that we show ourselves!
There are two agreements for the evening:
1. We are honest with each other, i.e. we follow our impulses and show our limits! With the traffic light code you can say what you want at any time in a short word and receive clear messages from the person you are talking to:
GREEN: Feel free to keep doing what you are doing! You can also intensify it!
YELLOW: What you are doing is okay, but please don't intensify it! Do something
slow down or stop!
RED: Stop what you are doing and get out of touch for a moment! Then we can start the encounter again!
2. Nothing we do that night has binding consequences for the future, i.e. if we dance together it doesn't mean we kiss. And when we kiss, it doesn't mean that we exchange phone numbers or go home together or get married or have children - it just means that we both feel like kissing - nothing else!
So we can let go of greed and fear and immerse ourselves in the here and now together! Every person in this room is a gift for the others - just as he or she is - in all its craziness, playfulness and uniqueness! We celebrate you and everyone else, the earth and the connection among us all!
This event is shoe-free, smoke-free, alcohol-free and drug-free! Contact Impro Dancers are welcome! All genders and sexual orientations are welcome!

MODERATION
Anir is an experienced teacher and master of ceremonies who has been leading people to greater embodiment, voice and liveliness since 2007.
She studied dance, Improvisation and performance, taught contact improvisation, founded and moderated the "ScoreJAM Berlin", led singing circles and ceremonies, gave concerts, married people as a "priestess of wild hearts and free self-love" and founded the "Earthmothers", a trip for women without children, as well as "At.tune", a learning retreat all about the exciting nervous system.
Since she paused her most important regular conscious dance ceremony "AbunDance" in 2023, she has focused on 1:1 coaching and ceremonies in person and online, where she incorporates her expertise as a newly certified VITA coach for sex, love and relationships.

This event is a mix between a WORKSHOP and a DANCE RAVE, during which you are invited to just be - be just the way you are.
How would it feel if we got together, to look into each other’s eyes, to face and touch each other, without the fear of unwanted things happening to us?
We are present and invite every feeling that is within us: wild, gentle, rascally, curious, cautious or playful! With all of this, we are showing ourselves to each other!
For the evening we have TWO AGREEMENTS, which we shall all agree upon:
1. We are honest with each other; we show our impulses as well as we are setting our boundaries!
GREEN: Continue doing what you are doing! You may also intensify if you want!
YELLOW: What you are doing is okay, but don't intensify! Please do it slower or stay there for a moment!
RED: Stop doing what you are doing! Go out of contact for a moment and say “Thank you”. After that we can start something new.
2. Nothing off what we do during this evening has any binding consequences for the future. That is to say, if we dance together it doesn’t mean that we are going to kiss each other. And if we kiss each other it doesn't mean that we exchange phone numbers or that we will go home together, get married or are going to have kids – it simply means that in this moment we want to kiss each other – nothing else!
