🌱 Plant collection in nature: You will go to meadows with me and learn how to get to know, collect, dry, process and use how medicinal spring plants. I will teach you everything you need to know about the right harvest.
🌱 Production of natural drugs: You will learn to make a herbal medicine chest- I will show you how to produce tintures properly from plant buds, herbal infusions, decoctions, powders and other medicines to promote health all year! Traditions and spring rituals such as a celebration of life and elements.
🌱 Elements and their spring awakening: you will feel the strength of the elements (fire, water, air, earth) in spring nature. You will see how to work with the energy of the elements to support body and spirit.
🌱 Recovery, seeds and transformation: Seeds are a powerful symbol of new life, potential and growth - carrying everything that is needed to start something new and beautiful. We will learn how to awaken their vitality and use their energy as inspiration on their own transformation path.
