About event
Motto: Movement treatment begins at the moment of taking responsibility and insertion of itself. by movement and manual therapy. The presented movement forms will be drawn mainly from Chinese culture, (Greek :) Athletics and Fighting Monkey Practice. I also include knowledge from physiology, biomechanics, philosophy compressed into cognitive models that are easy to return to. Exercises are scalable within intensity and complexity. During the exercise, I will demand vigilance, respect for myself and my possibilities, patience, courage and last but not least, the joy of exercise is welcome :).
To get the best possible results, you need to exercise at home. Lessons only serve as a source of knowledge. Without personal practice, it is just another unnecessary information. Only when a person's embodiment by practice (embodiment) is only then wonders.
