The song exchange continues to grow and thrive. Around two dozen schools from Berlin and Brandenburg are now involved. In total, around 1,500 children, divided into primary and secondary schools, prepare for the song fair throughout the school year - and to sing on stage together with the Rundfunkchor Berlin. In the run-up to the song exchange, our singers visit the rehearsals of the school choirs in order to get the students excited about choral singing and to work on the repertoire of the song exchange with them.
It's now April 9th again so far. Then the Berlin high school students will work together with the choirs of the educational program SING! like every year in the Chamber Music Hall of the Philharmonie. This time they are presenting a program on the topic of “City, Country, River” under the direction of Friederieke Stahmer.
