About event
With Elisa Müller (Institute for Resistance in Post-Fordism), Christin Eckart and Christiane Kretschmer (Performing Arts Program Berlin)
This is not the umpteenth event that would like to recommend self-optimization tools to parents and other carers in order to fail more efficiently and productively. Structural changes are needed to enable good working conditions and participation. As long as these have not yet been implemented, we want to look for (unconventional) solutions together with you.
What are the biggest hurdles that you face as carers in the performing arts? Were you able to find (partial) solutions for this or are you still looking for answers?
Feel free to take part in our short survey:
https://survey.lamapoll.de/ Survey-Life-Hacks-fuer-Sorträgerde
On this basis, we want to present practical solutions with and for you in the online event, share tips and tricks and do solidarity care work together practice.
Concrete impulses for this come from Elisa Müller, one of the two authors of the guidelines for dealing with responsibility for care in the independent performing arts. The guidelines formulate self-commitments, for example for production houses and artists (groups), and provide recommendations for cultural policy action to funding bodies and political decision-makers.
In spoken German, Q&A possible in spoken English
