About event
Fado is a bit like the blues of Portugal. And precisely, Lina, a young and adventurous Portuguese singer, is not afraid to introduce bluesy ornamentations into her music that Ry Cooder would not deny.
If she remains faithful to the classical codes, interpreting with fervor the torments of the soul, it is to better detach ourselves from it by integrating new, more contemporary forms. To do this, she surrounds herself with artists from other worlds, including producer Justin Adams, known for his work with Led Zeppelin, Jah Wobble and, recently Souad Massi. She chose to dedicate her new album to Luís de Camões, considered the greatest Portuguese poet. With her deep or airy voice, she lets her poems of love and adventure shine, capturing the emotions buried deep in our hearts. Thrills guaranteed!
