Lisbons Men´s Circle Thursday Meeting

**What is the Lisbon Men´s Circle?**
Imagine a safe space for all men to share their inner topics and feelings in a nonjudgemental way. Where you can talk about jealousy, sex, porn, what it means to be a man in todays society, masculinity, your feminine side and everything else.

For that I created a group therapy where you can find likeminded people, men who tap into their feelings and inner shadows to heal together as a group.

But this is going to be far from toxic masculinity or enhancing the patriarchy. On the contrary, I want to give space to a gentle masculinity, to opening up about feelings, sexuality and everyday struggles of men.
I believe that men can be healed by giving them space where they can feel heard and seen and where their picture of masculinity changes form toxic to empathetic.

**How is the group therapy working?**
We are coming togehter in Little Yoga Space in Lisbon Thursday every two weeks at 7 p.m. The group will be up to 8 people, I want to create an intimate surrounding. We will have 90 minutes for us to talk about everything that you bring to this group.

The Men´s Circle lives from your participation, so feel free to share your topics with the group. After you shared, everyone else can decide to share their take on that topic and we can have a discussion about it or, if you don´t want a response, we will just be there for you.

**Please note:**
There is no space for judgement of any kind, sexism, racism or any insulting behaviour. This is a safe space. What is discussed in the group will stay in the group.

**Payment:**
This event is on a pay-what-you-can basis. It is important for me to be able to coveer the costs of the room rent, so it would be nice if you could pay anything between 5 and 15€ to attend. You can pay cash or via PayPal.
