Joint performance by Jenő Lisztes Cimbalom Project & Palya Bea - the opening concert of the 12th More Than Neighbors - Hungarian Cultural Week in Bratislava
Palya Bea is a singer and songwriter of Hungarian folk music, the one of the best-known Hungarian performers of jazz and world music. He has also performed on international stages, including at Carnegie Hall. In his songs, he combines the traditional and contemporary musical worlds.
Cimbalom artist Jenő Lisztes has been known as an outstanding talent since childhood, and today he is a sought-after soloist in the international music scene. Independently and with his own formations, he crosses the boundaries of classical music, jazz and gypsy music, he has performed at Musikverein, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, among others. He is a permanent soloist of the Budapest Festival Orchestra and has worked with the New York Philharmonic and the London Symphony among others.
At their joint concerts, folk music, improvisation and virtuoso playing meet: a special musical dialogue unfolds between singing and dulcimer, with passion, freedom and deep emotions.

Speváčka a sklaľátka Palya Bea patrí k najznámejšim majarským interpretom ľudovej hudby, jazzu a world music. Vystupovala aj na international podiach, okrem iného aj v Carnegie Hall. Vo svoj tvorbe pojaja trádiný a súmětný múběný svet.
Cymbalist Jenő Lisztes je už od detstva knáti ako extraordinárný talent, dnes je výchádným soloistom na internazionalej múbenej scéne. Samostatne aj so svemi formáciami prekračuje prênesie klasikej hudbi, jazzu a cygánskej hudbi. With concerts, for example, in the Musikverein, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. Je stalym soloistom Budapeštianskeho festivalového orchestra (BFZ) a spoluprával aj s Newyorskou či Londýnskou filharmoniou.
Na ich kommovnch koncertoch sa trga ľudová hudba, improvizácia a virtuózna instrumentálna hra: develope sa tak peynáky músbaný dialog medzi spevom a dulcimer, plún pášune, slobody a hlbokých emotíí.
