Fly Yoga & Painting: Relaxation and Creativity 🧘️🎨
Come slow down, relax the body and mind and dive into the creative process! Then Karin and I will start painting, where we let our creativity flow freely. ✨
Program:
10: 00-11: 00-Fly Yoga with Andy 🧘️
The aim is to achieve inner peace, relax the body and open the mind, which perfectly prepares us for the creative part of the workshop.
11: 00-12: 30-Painting with Karin 🎨
a personal touch to your work. Creation will be a clean expression of your creativity, without restrictions. The aim is to be carried away by the process of creation and to express themselves in a way that suits us most.
Suitable for all, beginners and advanced, and also for children from the age of 14! 🌸
