Business etiquette for apprentices as a competitive advantage

That's why we have been working for many years with Renate Sandler, founder of the Etiquette Institute International, certified etiquette trainer and expert in business etiquette, communication and professional impact. She has been writing our popular weekly tips for apprentices for 3 years and, from March 2026, also those for trainers.
