About event
We invite you to the Longital group concert on Friday, November 28. from 20:00 to Košice's Artfor at Hlavná 87
A staple of the Czech-Slovak alternative scene, the playful and constantly experimenting Longital come to present their fourteenth studio album The Land Runs Down Its Own River (Slnko Records). The new product brings an intimate and experimental sound path - from acoustic instruments to electronic layers to a unique voice. The lyrics open up space for inner questions of being, joy and transience, and the album is an invitation to stop, listen undisturbed and return to what is essential.
For 25 years, Longital have been known for their original combination of poetic lyrics, Shinya's charismatic vocals, stringed bass lines and Dan Salontay's inimitable guitar. The duo has performed on world stages from Europe to the USA and Canada, SXSW in Austin or a tour with the Irish The Frames and the Oscar-winning project The Swell Season by Glen Hansard & Markéta Irglová.
Entrance fee is €11
We look forward to seeing you at the concert between the books🎸📚
