About event
✨ Euphoric and bittersweet, Louis Matute's music only resembles him. Divided between the Europe where he was born and the Latin America he dreamed of, this child of Generation Z, too whole for the fiction of reality and too sincere for the fiction of the self, reopens the doors wide of his universe with the album “Small Variations From The Previous Day. »
It's a room with a view where auriverde guitars, red, blue and white, attract passing friends.
It's the smell of coffee, travel photos, a reflection in the mirror, small rivers and big questions.
All this - life! - Louis Matute has it under his fingers. A sound, a crazy talent as a storyteller, a folklore that takes shape: in this superb fourth album his music has never seemed so close and abundant.
“I have never written a melody without sing it at the same time,” he confides. Tinted with pop and saudade, these will go straight to your heart, leaving a bit of magic floating in the air.
🚨 LINE UP:
▪️ Louis Matute / Guitar
▪️ Zacharie Ksyk / Trumpet
▪️ Léon Phal / Tenor saxophone
▪️ Andrew Audiger / Fender Rhodes, Piano
▪️ Virgile Rosselet / Bass
▪️ Nathan Vandenbulcke / Battery
