About event
On the night of October 17, Freedonia hosts a double bill that unites two of the most intense and alternative proposals on the Barcelona scene.
Low Blows is a trio based in Barcelona whose influences span postpunk, industrial music, electronica and shoegaze. Romantic and existentialist, they build ferocious and cathartic soundscapes. After their time at Ombra Festival, they are preparing their second full-length album produced by Matteo Vallicelli (The Soft Moon).
Sof_signal, for its part, was born in 2022 and since then has explored the more experimental side of composition and live performance. With strong cinematographic influences and references such as Godspeed You! Black Emperor and DIIV combine samplers, additional instrumentation and a careful visual component to create existential and immersive audiovisual experiences. After a creative break in 2024, they return in 2025 with new music and renewed energy.
An essential evening for lovers of postpunk, shoegaze and sound experimentation.
ATTENTION:
Freedonia is a Cultural Association whose access and activities are limited to members and therefore it is necessary to be a member of Freedonia to access the concert.
