We invite you to an open studio with Czech visual artist Lucie Vobr Jestřabíková, who is a current resident in Pragovka Gallery. Come and see how her work is created and enjoy a pleasant summer evening full of art in Pragovka.
Open Studio will take place on August 19 at 19:00. We will meet in front of the gallery and then continue together to the studio.
After the Open Studio, we will be screening the film, where everything will finally be as it has never been in the summer cinema in Pragovka, which we will start right after the Open Studio.
Lucie Vobr (*1990) is a Czech visual artist. This socially problematic gesture does not perceive as negative, but above all as positive, thanks to which we can give both the course of our emotions and thanks to which something new and perhaps more useful can be created. The output is often objects of seemingly fragile materials such as paper, adhesive tape and porcelain. The transformation of these materials is carried out through careful and unique processing, for example, a systematic and conscience of pencil's pencil before the paper is visible from white and soft paper into a hard metal.
